How to check number of cores and threads in my processor?

Windows 10:
You can check through Task Manager
  • Open Task Manager
  • Select Performance tab
  • Look for Cores and Logical Processors (Threads)
You can also use the Intel® Processor Identification Utility
Under Processor frequency tab, look for Cores and Threads

Windows 7:
You can check through Task Manager
  • Open Task Manager
  • Select Performance tab
  • Select Resource Monitor.
  • Look for Cores and Threads
