THE SYSTEM COULD NOT FIND PHONE BOOK ENTRY FOR THIS CONNECTION - WINDOWS 8

Question:
How to connect BSNL 3G Data card to PC using Windows 8 OS. Every time when  I try to connect it displays the message as " THE SYSTEM COULD NOT FIND PHONE BOOK ENTRY FOR THIS CONNECTION" .

Solution:
Right click the BSNL Shortcut icon on the desktop and select the option compatability trouble shooter. Test the program and when the program starts working save the settings.Next time the application will use the saved setings
